Will in-store staff have to manage the system on a continuous basis?
In-store staff does not have to take any responsibility for updating or maintaining plasma screen content.Our system runs on a browser-based interface which means that all content can be managed from a central location. In case of a power cut, the system will reboot once the power has been restored.
What are the required PC specifications?
We recommend a Pentium 4 with 2GB RAM, and a 250 GB Harddrive
What types of screens does the DDS System accommodate?
The DDS System accommodates TVs, LCD screens, plasma screens, rear projection screens, and CRT monitors.
How many terminals can be connected to the DDS System?
There are no limit to the number of terminals that can be connected to the system.
Will I be able to update content for an individual store?
Yes. You can create a playlist and assign this to a single terminal or group of terminals, as required.
What type of media can I upload?
You can upload stills (e.g. jpegs), flash animations, video and audio files.
